Nanci was the best host I have ever used, and issues (which was extremely rare) were solved instantly. We were welcomed with a lovely message and flexibility, the place was always kept spotless by wonderful cleaners. The place itself is set in a very calm and peaceful area, with wonderful security staff. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

SPECTACULAR! Without a doubt one of the best exchanges I have had. The Nanci and Jesse house is simply spectacular, a luxury, with comfortable, spacious, noise-free rooms and incredible views, and located in the best area of Medellin that allowed us too easily move and walk to the Provenza area.

Having the possibility of receiving the wild macaws and birds on the balconies and on the terrace of the house has been a magical experience.

The kindness and availability of Nanci and Jesse who have always made us feel very comfortable and at ease at home is something that we have valued very much.

The house in an absolute wonder. Triplex with all amenities located in one of the best areas of Medellin (El Poblado) in a gated and completely secure condo. Decorated with exquisite taste. The house of my dreams… Although we didn’t personally meet the hosts, Nanci and Jesse, they were concerned that we wouldn’t miss anything and were at all time looking out for us and at our disposal. Great airbnb in a nice location that is walking distance to all the good restaurants in Provenza. The apartment is furnished at a higher quality that almost all Medellin airbnbs and the amenities work as expected. The kitchen is definitely the highlight with top of the line appliances which is rare to find in Colombia, we loved having the dishwasher. Plenty of space n the apartment and I had multiple family members visit and stay for a week and they really enjoyed it. I also worked remotely while here and the internet was great for that, no issues. Communication with Nanci was easy and she and the team were always very responsive if I ever had any issues or needed help. Also having a weekly cleaning was great and the maid Johanna was very friendly and did an awesome job.

I’ve stayed at high-end Airbnb properties in at least a dozen countries. This apartment is at the top of the list for a number of reasons. The location is excellent. It is a short walk from all of the restaurants and nightlife you could want, yet still in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is very spacious, well-designed, well-equiped and maintained to the highest standard. The interactions I had with Nanci and her local property manager, Andrea, were second to none. They are quick to respond to any question and went out of their way on a number of occasions to assist me with problems most hosts would not have time for. If I return to Medellin, this apartment will always be my number one choice and if I am in other cities with properties managed by Nanci, I will certainly look to stay there.
